Accounting/Payroll Set Up

Price is based on assistance with setting up basic accounting and your payroll system through your bank.

Price includes establishing a accounting and payroll system that will allow you to pay employees and taxes at one time electronically. The same system will send all payroll taxes through the EFTPS and automatically generate 941 statements each quarter. At the end of the year, you will be able to generate W-2’s for all employees and have all payroll information needed to start your Corporate Taxes.

Business Tax Services

Cost is based on time to gather and compute all necessary information so that all pertinent data is reported on Form 1065 of your LLC Corporate Taxes.

Fee includes working with company all year to make sure all necessary forms are filed throughout the year. Making sure all income from factoring agents is reported, sending 1099’s to dispatching companies, and to expense all pertinent costs to run the Trucking Company. If balance sheets and income statements are needed, complete these statements to show creditors the company is credit worthy.
